**Please Note**
Our cakes typically have 7-14 days shelf life, they are best enjoyed on the day of delivery.
Our delivery zone may be a maximum of 35 km radius from our bakery, you’ll order for pickup if your address isn’t within our delivery zone.
Orders for delivery or collection must be placed at the latest 7 days before by 6 pm.
Orders placed after 6 pm won’t be processed before 12 pm subsequent day. We Regret no same-day orders.
Orders are only delivered between 9 am – 3 pm every day, Mon-Sat.
Minimum order of R750 is applicable so as to qualify for delivery, a minimum delivery fee of R200 is added within the 35km radius zone we deliver within.
We accept secure payments on debit and credit cards also as EFT
Lead Times
Customized orders require a minimum one-week time interval. Due to the time-consuming nature of customized orders, we plan our production schedule every week beforehand, and spots reserve fast. so as to avoid disappointment, we, therefore, suggest placing and confirming your customized order well beforehand.
Last Minute Order Surcharge
We will always try our best to accommodate eleventh-hour orders whenever we will. However, eleventh-hour orders place tremendous pressure on our production team, often necessitating overtime. within the event that we are ready to assist with a final minute customized order, please note that we reserve the proper to charge a surcharge so as to make sure that our production team is compensated for his or her time.
Payment Confirm Order
Full or 70% payment is required to verify custom orders and until payment is received your order can’t be guaranteed. We reserve the proper to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the assembly deadline and that we therefore strongly recommend payment is formed beforehand of this date.
